How to stay focused studying for the MCAT?

Filed under Misc | 2 Comments

So I am taking the MCAT in the spring and have been studying here and there when I have free time. I know it is a long way off, but I want to be ready for it. My schedule is biased with Engineering Design courses this next year, with work and a social life, studying will be hard. If you have any secrets to success, I’d be very grateful to hear them. And I am plotting on taking a course and getting computer software, I really want a secret to staying focused.

As for food help … Fish Oils and whatever thing high in Omega 3s are painstaking ‘brain food’. Also, small amounts of caffeine can help with CNS stimulation for small periods of time – just be sure to take it black! Putting whatever thing inside it negates the affects.
