To minor in computer science at the University of Ottawa, must I need 12th grade math?

Filed under University of ottawa | 3 Comments

I want to go into Health Sciences, and have my physics, chemistry, and biology down, but I chose not to take 12th grade math, I took pre-naive math in 11th because my orienteur said I did not need math to become a Family Doctor.

I can get into Health Sciences for my major, even if, is it possible for me to minor in computer science over there? I want to take the C++ programming courses, and all that is needed to become a game programmer.

I need your help, please be of service :D
The University of Ottawa is situated in Ontario, Canada.

Well, Computer Science here in the States requires Algebra, Trig, Cal I, Cal II, and Cal III.

    Hope this helps.

I would reckon your math background has to be pretty strong. I would take it. Looks like your shrink needs needs some in rank. Doctors need all the math they can get to pass organic chemistry.

yeah Canada!!!, I too might be going to university of ottawa and from what i know, you do not need to take any maths to minor in it although you must to major in it and might have to take a university math while in it unless you take a highschool math, That being said, I do not believe it is necessary to have a math, I don’t have one and plot on minoring in computer science at university of Ottawa aswell.

    Go Canada!
