Filed under Misc | 1 Comment)

I still have a few days before my MCAT class starts and I want to get a head start. What should I examine or read? Thank you!

That all depends on your MCAT class. If you are taking a Berkeley Review class, you should wait until the at the start day to see what they assign for homework, because they have techniques that are unique and can’t be found outside their program. Studying the material from a uncommon perspective might prove to be time inefficient, because what they show you will be quicker than typical school methods.

If you are taking Kaplan, then you should start reading everything you can from the topics listed at AAMC, because Kaplan isn’t known for their teaching or review material ingenuity. You’re going to find yourself learning material on your own, so start as soon as you can going topic by topic from the MCAT essentails at http://www.aamc.org.
